THE MERCH SHOP

We’ve been doing Stereofox for 4 years now and every once in a while we come up with a new idea of how to spice up our lives and push this project even further.

Launching the StereoMerch was a no-brainer – we believe our community loves the brand, our visuals and most importantly what we stand for. Not only when it comes to music, but in every field of life – mutual respect, team work, tons of passion and never compromising when it comes to quality.

We believe launching this would not only help us continue doing our DIY project, but also help spread the word of our brand and reach and invite more people into our fox community.

 

SHIPMENT

Yes, we do ship internationally. We love you all. Equally.

 

CUSTOMS FEES/DUTIES

… vary from country to country. Please note you are responsible for any customs fees that may be applied to your package, as we have no control over this.

 

HOW LONG TO SHIP?

As you’re reading this, we’re probably still in our “early days” of this merch adventure, so shipping might take us a bit more than usual. But we do promise packages wrapped with love and care. Now seriously – orders should be shipped within 1-3 business days. When would it arrive? Oh… that’s in the hands of the post office Gods.

 

PAYMENTS

Currently, we only accept PayPal. Minimal, but efficient. It is however, safe, easy to setup and widely used.

We’re working on adding more payment options, but if this doesn’t work – please drop an email to ivo@stereofox.com and surely we can figure something out.

 

YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK?

If your order is wrong, faulty or not what you expected, then send us a photo of whatever someone fucked up and we will refund you or re-ship a new item for free. One love.
